From average to hero

the challenge of all who few achieve.

He recently spoke with a friend who owned an architecture firm and
we talked about work heroes, we shared how many we had in
our companies, the truth is that I was surprised by the impact that some of them
they get inside. It is curious because at some point we both believe that we were “heroes
employment”, at some point, in a company and coincidentally that helped us
to have our companies at our 35 years; That is, before
