To increase productivity when working, we must not load ourselves with work, but work more intelligently. That is to say, that we have to become healthy habits to feel more productive; We must be clear that working overtime or skipping lunch will not make us a more productive person.

Here are 10 tips that will help you feel more productive in the office:

        1.  Identify where you are spending your time.

First of all, to know how to be more productive, we have to know where we spend our time. Do an analysis of your time for a few weeks and identify your focus thieves to spend time on the things that really matter.

    To be more productive, we need to believe it. An easy way to do it is by changing the way we talk to ourselves. Let’s avoid sabotaging ourselves y  Let’s be positive to finish our daily tasks.

    8. Good food, more productivity.

    Try snacks that provide you with nutrients and energy during your working hours.  Some of the foods that increase your productivity due to the high percentage of nutrients are: eggs, brown rice, banana, avocado, salmon, nuts.

    9. Get out of the office!

   Sometimes, all we need is a change. Go for a walk, change your work area, the light to something more natural. According to Kimberly Elsbach, professor of the   California University ‘’Creativity and innovation happen when people change their environment, especially when they are exposed to an environment similar to nature’’.

    10. Meditate

    Meditation helps your mind to focus completely on the present moment. Meditating helps us reduce stress and better focus on day-to-day tasks.

Let us remember that the difference between a productive person and an unproductive person is that he knows when to get away from work and take care of himself. Let’s give time to energize and refocus to achieve better results.
