41 years old, was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialty in Human Resources (University of Texas at El Paso ’08) migrated to Ciudad Juárez when 17 years old where he completed his high school studies (Cathedral High School ´04). Has a Diploma in policies for social context reconstruction in Medellín, Colombia and currently with higher education studies in math and statistics.
Implemented Youth Employability Project with the International Youth Foundation (IYF), currently is a board member for different NGOs such as: FECHAC, Citizen council of Security and Justice of Ciudad Juárez, promoter of equal opportunities by being an ambassador of United Nations Women #HeForShe initiative.
Founder of “Level Up Coaching & Human Development” a double-impact company with operations in Mexico and the United States since 2013. Founder of “Insights” (2016) a start-up that has raised capital of international investors. It has more than 1,000 conferences given in Mexico and the United States.
