Among his professional experiences, is his work within Youth:Work México in Cd. Juárez, with a project that generated more than 2000 young people in social backwardness in order for them to join employment and education. and his experience as a consultant for the International Youth Foundation in the NEO (New Employement Opportunity) program in Latin America.
Interested in the issues of equity and employability, he attended CSW57 in March 2013, bringing the issue of employability and violence related to gender issues in Cd. Juárez. He is currently a consultant and coach at Level Up, has collaborated with the maquiladora industry on issues of personnel rotation, collaboration and leadership in critical areas.
