Lourdes Tejada

Originally from Torreón, Coahuila, Luly Tejada began her work on issues of social impact in 2009 by founding together with her sister, the Cancer Survivor Civil Association, which offers guidance to cancer patients and their companions.

Graduated in Graphic Design, she is proud to have created the corporate image of several Juarense companies. He has a master’s degree in Public Action and Social Development, focusing on public health, with special attention to oncological issues.

He is part of the founding members of the Network of Youth Groups of Ciudad Juárez. Said network promoted the creation of the Municipal Youth Institute of CD Juárez. As part of the network, he was a representative of the Youth at the Health Work Table, within the We Are Juárez Strategy, managing to position these proposals as several of the final commitments that made up the strategy.

She was a Design Advisor within the UACJ Business Incubator and was a professor at the Graphic Design career at said university. Likewise, he worked as a professor of the Advertising and Public Relations career at the University of Durango. In the social area, she was a facilitator of the Youth:Work Mexico program of the International Youth Foundation. She has been invited as a panelist and lecturer at events organized by Gen M, UACJ, ITESM, DATEC, International Youth Foundation, USAID, U.S. Consulate and the OECD, to name a few. He is currently a columnist in Juárez on a daily basis; and Media Partner of Level Up Coaching and Human Development, being responsible for the area of communication, design and content.

His recognitions include: the National UVM Award for Social Development, awarded by the Universidad del Valle de México and the International Youth Foundation; Woman of the Year by the Municipal Government of Ciudad Juárez; Woman leader of Mexico, from the Tec de Monterrey Campus Monterrey; And together with her sister they were recognized with the State Youth Award.
