To soak us up a bit of culture and history: The term coaching comes etymologically from Kocs (Hungarian) that referred to the carriages that transported people from one place to another, the term was pronounced as “coach” and then “coaching”. If we think about the root of the word, Coaching translates into the methodology that transports us from one place to another, which seeks to approach the achievement of objectives within personal and professional development, making the necessary changes to be able to achieve goals or objectives.
