Be a productive person following these habits
Becoming the best version of your person is possible if we begin to observe and reflect on the little things we do on a daily basis, a small change in your daily habits can guide your life towards a completely different path. A habit is a regular practice or routine that is not only small and simple to do, but is a source of a lot of power and an essential part of un Growth composite system.
Setting goals implies winning the game, however, setting a system implies understanding that the important thing is to continue in the game. The best way to build positive habits is to stop focusing on what you achieve and focus on what you want to become.
Establishing a compound growth system means planning our day so that, at night, we go to sleep with the satisfaction of continuing in the game and having grown up.
The Effects of small habits are noticeable over time. These seem to make no difference, but the impact they have, in the long run, is huge.
To feed that system of continuous growth we leave you the habits that productive people have:
1.- Plan your day before sleeping or when you wake up: make a count or a list of all the things you have to do; allocates un Rest time and unforeseen events because things don’t always go as we expect.
Having a rigid expectation without setbacks can generate anxiety so we must be understanding with our tasks, but, above all, have clarity of our daily objectives in each field so as not to be left with the feeling of being busy all the time without having achieved a lot.
2.- When starting a task, finish it. Do not try to focus on many tasks at the same time, the brain takes a while to focus on something. If you try to do several things at once, what you achieve is to lose yourself among all of them. Do not jump from one task to another without following an order and priority.
3.- Prioritizing implies learning to say no to all those activities that do not contribute anything to the fulfillment of our daily objectives. Making a choice 1% better or 1% worse seems insignificant at the moment, but throughout life, these decisions will determine the difference between who you are and who you could become. Time magnifies the margin between success and failure.
3.- Appreciate and appreciate: The happiest people are the ones they appreciate. Gratitude consists of appreciating life and the willingness to recognize that others play a role in our emotional well-being. It is an emotion strongly related to mental health, life satisfaction, optimism, self-esteem and social relationships. Being grateful makes people want to work and be by your side.
4.- Learn to delegate. There are things that we cannot do alone and, to do everything and do well, we must rely on others. Don’t let the same earrings chase you day after day.
Address the proceedings, decide which ones you are going to do and which are not, or which ones are delegable. Take up those earrings from the previous day, allocate time to carry them out, without making excuses and without postponing. It is recommended that you do them first thing in the morning.
5.- Exercise: Activating yourself physically is an essential part of having an emotional balance. When doing physical activity we secrete endorphins, also known as “Happiness Hormones” which closely links the habit of exercising with well-being.
The importance of building habits should also be close to enjoyable. It is important that every habit we start is true to our identity: if you don’t like to go to the gym, you can activate your body by dancing, walking at night in a park or jumping the rope.
You can combine your habits so that your growth system gets rich. While driving to work or exercising, you could listen to a podcast of cultural interest or learning; When planning your day you could enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and allocate a moment of meditation and thanks in your agenda.
See these habits as opportunities; Delegating could become the opportunity to talk with your classmates or your partner.
Changes that seem small and unimportant at first become incredible results if you are willing to run them continuously. You must remain aware of your habits so that you can continue to refine and improve. Make sure you spend your time on the important things for you and make modifications when necessary.
