Born the 10th of October of 1983 in Chihuahua, Mexico, he migrated to Ciudad Juarez when he was 17 years old where he completed his high school (Cathedral High School ’04) and college studies (University of Texas at El Paso ’08) in El Paso, Texas; he graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a specialty in human resources. He as well did a Master in Social Change and Development from the University of Newcastle. Later, he received a diploma from USAID in policies for the reconstruction of the social fabric in Medellin, Colombia, as well as several citizen mobilization workshops.
Currently, he is a member of the Justice and Security Table of Ciudad Juarez. He is an employability counselor at Universidad Tec Milenio of the Tecnologico de Monterrey system. He is as well a counselor of the Municipal Research and Planning Institute of Ciudad Juarez, an employability counselor for 2020 Civil Association and advisor for an employability project for women in Prison. He is the founder and coach of "Level Up Coaching & Human Development".
He has developed in people interpersonal, administrative, negotiation and communication skills. He has participated in multiple personal and social development projects. He has given than 650 lectures in Mexico and the United States.
Founder of the Network of Youth Groups (+13 youth organizations) that worked on the reconstruction of Ciudad Juarez. Vice-president of JOVESMAS, and founder of the National Network VIRAL (Linking Networks for Local Action) with the participation of 23 states and 2,886 projects for primary prevention, tertiary secondary violence. He was a consultant for the International Youth Foundation on the project of employability for young people in vulnerable conditions. He was also designated a link between youth and the 3 levels of government for the "Todos Somos Juárez" solution in 2010.
