Originally from the city of Juarez, Chihuahua. Graduated from the Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Monterrey with a Bachelor in International Relations and from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master in Advertising.
She’s won various advertising campaign pitches for various advertising agencies in Austin, TX like Razorfish, GSD&M and McGarrah Jessee, where her specialty has been strategic planning and copywriting. Campaign examples: Café Bustelo, Shiner Beer, YETI, Whole Foods Market, Chipotle and Siggi Yogurt.
Interested by social responsibility, she helped Mitscoots Outfitters in Austin, Tx to develop their community outreach campaigns to help the homeless community in said city. Likewise, she organized a panel about the participation role of women in the video game industry at South by Southwest in 2017, where the aim was to discuss women’s role in the industry and how to change the negative image it currently has.
Following her passion for advertising and creativity, she currently is a Social Media Partner at “Macaria Design & Media” and “Level Up Coaching & Human Development”.
Originally from the city of Juarez, Chihuahua. She graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez with a Bachelor in Advertising, complementing her career at the Communications Faculty at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara.
She participated in the logistics of the marketing congress “Under the Spotlight” in Guadalajara in 2016 where speakers linked to entertainment magazines met with the purpose of promoting an entrepreneur spirit.
She has an online advertising management certification and has worked as a freelancer for local restaurants, stores and companies.
She is passionate about social media and she is interested in getting trained in the areas of marketing and media planning.
Currently she is a Social Media Partner at “Macaria Design & Media” and “Level Up Coaching & Human Development”.
Born on November 25th of 1990 in the city of Juarez, Chihuahua. He studied graphic design at the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez. He went to a boarding school experience at the conciliar seminary in Ciudad Juarez and studied philosophy. He is currently studying Education Sciences for the human development in their different stages of life.
He participated as a creative producer and scene manager at the subdirection of arts and culture of the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez for two years, collaborating in the making of content and tools for the shows at the University Center for Arts. He collaborated as well, at the “Chopeke” project for the development of housing in vulnerable sectors of the city. He was a facilitator of development issues for young people within the ecclesiastical scope for 5 years.
He is also part of the Level Up Coaching & Human Development team where his interest is the maximum development of the person in an integral way and the maximum efficiency of work teams of all levels in the workplace. He is a member of the Gen M A.C. movement, dedicated to seeking the vision of a Mexico without corruption by 2050.
Originally from the city of Juarez, Chihuahua she completed her Bachelor in Graphic Design at the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez and the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
She co-founded the brand DeadKoi which specializes in design, illustration and corporate identity.
She has participated in several international design competitions, becoming a finalist in the selection of the corporate image of a program from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). This year she won a call for the ET Production brand (Canada) to create their graphic identity.
Currently she is part of the design team at “Macaria Media & Design” and “Level Up Coaching & Human Development”, supporting the creation of multimedia content, graphic app design and social media.
Interested in continuing to be trained, she plans to specialize in the area of illustration.
Born on February 6th of 1984 in the city of Juarez, Chihuahua. He studied most of his bachelor at the University of Texas at El Paso and he concluded it at the Hispanic University at Salt Lake City (2011). He continued his education by getting a certification of “Social Impact Projects” (ITESM Campus Juarez), Procuring Funds, Development and Creation of Businesses, Double Impact Companies, among others.
He is a member of Employability 2020, an organisation that generates economic and social development in social disadvantage, generating self employment and ventures that contribute to improve work opportunities.
Besides, he is a member of the civil association JovesMas as project coordinator; this association’s objective is to generate young agents of change for the benefit of themselves and their social environment. He is as well a member of the BNI Strategy chapter in Juarez as education coordinator.
Among his professional experiences, is his work within Youth: Work Mexico in Cd. Juárez, with a project that made more than 2000 young people in a condition of social disadvantage in order to integrate them into employment and education; and his experience as a consultant for the International Youth Foundation in the NEO program (New Employment Opportunity) in Latin America.
Interested by equity and employability, he assited the United Nations in March of 2013 on CSW57 taking the issues of employability and violence related to genre issues in Juarez.
Currently he is a consultant and a coach at Level Up Coaching and Human Development where he has collaborated with the manufacturing industry in the areas of staff rotation, collaboration and leadership in critical areas.
He is a leader in the science of analysis and visualization of information to improve efficiency in organizations, managing to focus efforts towards where it is needed. He has collaborated in worldwide projects to solve problems and standardize performance indicators in industrial rotation and industrial safety issues, eliminating cultural gaps. He is passionate about developing and using data mining to solve problems, improve productivity and process efficiency. He has an extensive experience in international standards and quality management systems, environment and safety.
Originally from Aguascalientes, Ags. He is a an industrial engineer, a systems engineer and has a postgraduate in Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a specialty in Finance and Marketing. He has held management positions in manufacturing and service companies, in the areas of production, quality, finance and planning. He is a partner at Level Up Coaching, a coaching and human development company, coordinating the business unit called Insights, a company that empowers people to make decisions through data mining.
Constant collaborator in teaching, in topics of tools for the management of operations, quality and finance. He completed the requirements to become Associate Professor and co-author of textbooks from the Industrial Engineering Department of Tecnológico de Monterrey. He obtained the certificates in International Commerce of Bancomex, Mental Maps and in Leadership by the TecMilenio University.
Originally from Torreon, Coahuila, Luly Tejada started her work in social impact issues in 2009 when she and her sister founded the civil association Cancer Survivor, which offers orientation to cancer patients and their families.
She has a Bachelor in Graphic Design, and had the pride of having created the corporate image of several companies in Juarez. She has a Master in Social Development and Public Action, focusing in public health, with special attention to oncological issues.
She is a founding member of the Network of Juvenile Groups of Ciudad Juarez. This Network promoted the creation of the Municipal Youth Institute of Juarez. As part of the Network, she was a representative of the youth in the Health Work Table, within the Todos Somos Juárez Strategy, managing to position these proposals as several of the final Commitments that made up the strategy.
She was a Design Advisor within the UACJ Business Incubator and was a Professor of the Graphic Design Career at the UACJ. Also, she worked as a Professor of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Durango. In the social area, she facilitated the Youth: Work Mexico program of the International Youth Foundation.
She has been invited as a panelist and lecturer in events organized by GEN M, UACJ, ITESM, FECHAC, International Youth Foundation, USAID, U.S. CONSULATE and the OECD, to name a few. She is currently a columnist in Juarez a Diario; and Media Partner of Level Up Coaching and Human Development, being responsible for the area of communication, design and content.
Among her recognitions are: the UVM National Award for Social Development, awarded by the Universidad del Valle de México and the International Youth Foundation; Woman of the Year by the Municipal Government of Ciudad Juarez; Female Leader of Mexico, by the Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Monterrey; and together with her sister, they were recognized with the State Youth Prize.
Sigifredo Heras Anchondo, born in Namiquipa, Chihuahua, is studied in the United States and Namiquipa, deciding to emigrate to Ciudad Juarez in 2010 to pursue a degree in Public Administration and Political Science at UACH. Thanks to his interest in the subject, he decides to take trainings in Fortalessa A.C. and Tec. de Monterrey, to strengthen the structures and forms of operation of civil society organizations, thus generating an effective impact on the community through the design and implementation of projects. In addition, he completed a training in "Marketing, Victorious Campaigns", UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico).
He currently works at Level Up Coaching and Human Development, being a mentor of techniques, skills and tools, through personalized sessions. These sessions aim to enable people, enterprises or micro-development to obtain more opportunities for development in their profession, as well as to grow, analyze and implement strategies to ensure that they are profitable, sustainable and world-class.
He is also a Member of the Assembly of Civil Society Organizations that seeks to improve Ciudad Juarez collectively. Representative of Forum Trees in Mexico formed by social organizations, universities and companies that share the objective of positioning in the public agendas of Latin America and Europe the main problems linked to Work, Education and Social Equity.
He participated as a Consultant for the International Youth Foundation NEO Initiative where FOMIN, IYF and BID were sought to benefit 10 countries in Latin America to form one million disadvantaged youth, from 16 to 29 years of age, using models that incorporate best practices of programs of job training involving the public and private initiative of each country.
He has supported Consultants in Employability 2020, a group with an interest in serving vulnerable sectors. He implemented training and education programs for better job opportunities and create ventures that benefit the economic development of the communities.
He participated in the State Youth Council, being a counselor representing Ciudad Juarez in the area of employment and decent work; looking to implement themes and impact programs for state youth.
He was also part of Superarte A.C. as executive director; Arte en el Parque as planning director and a member of the Network of Juvenile Groups of Ciudad Juarez.
Born the 10th of October of 1983 in Chihuahua, Mexico, he migrated to Ciudad Juarez when he was 17 years old where he completed his high school (Cathedral High School ’04) and college studies (University of Texas at El Paso ’08) in El Paso, Texas; he graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a specialty in human resources. He as well did a Master in Social Change and Development from the University of Newcastle. Later, he received a diploma from USAID in policies for the reconstruction of the social fabric in Medellin, Colombia, as well as several citizen mobilization workshops.
Currently, he is a member of the Justice and Security Table of Ciudad Juarez. He is an employability counselor at Universidad Tec Milenio of the Tecnologico de Monterrey system. He is as well a counselor of the Municipal Research and Planning Institute of Ciudad Juarez, an employability counselor for 2020 Civil Association and advisor for an employability project for women in Prison. He is the founder and coach of "Level Up Coaching & Human Development".
He has developed in people interpersonal, administrative, negotiation and communication skills. He has participated in multiple personal and social development projects. He has given than 650 lectures in Mexico and the United States.
Founder of the Network of Youth Groups (+13 youth organizations) that worked on the reconstruction of Ciudad Juarez. Vice-president of JOVESMAS, and founder of the National Network VIRAL (Linking Networks for Local Action) with the participation of 23 states and 2,886 projects for primary prevention, tertiary secondary violence. He was a consultant for the International Youth Foundation on the project of employability for young people in vulnerable conditions. He was also designated a link between youth and the 3 levels of government for the "Todos Somos Juárez" solution in 2010.
